七、奥马尔•康格
奥马尔•康格也是个捞鲍鱼的潜水者，1984年，发生在加利福尼亚州桑塔克鲁兹附近的一系列袭击事件中，他正是四名受害人之一。在休息时，康格与他的伙伴克里斯•瑞姆游到远离海岸近150米的海域，两人相隔54米左右。突然间，一只大白鲨咬住了康格，将他向海底拖去。

鲨鱼吃人的片段经常出现在电影小说中，现实中其实也有真实案例，大多数人都凶多吉少，很少有人可以留下一条命，不过也是残肢断腿了。其实鲨鱼并不会主动攻击人类，电影中一滴鲜血就可以吸引鲨鱼的片段，现实生活中很少见。
一、罗德尼•福克斯
罗德尼•福克斯是史上最著名的鲨鱼吃人事件受害者，为何这么说呢?因为他的伤势极其严重，但他却活了下来。1953年12月8日，福克斯在猎鱼时，突然被一条大白鲨咬住腰部。他在水中上下颠簸，并且试图挖扣鲨鱼的眼睛。鲨鱼放开了他，但却再度返回。
福克斯用手臂卡住了鲨鱼的喉咙，又猛地把手拽出，胳膊上皮开肉绽。鲨鱼第二次放掉了他，但是却第三次游回来，把福克斯拖到海底。在几乎快被淹死时，福克斯又被放开，最终被救助人员拖到附近的小船上。他的右手和右臂的骨头完全暴露在外，仅手部就需要缝合94针。
他的肋骨、肺部和胃也暴露了出来。救援人员没有脱下他的潜水服，这样做正好裹住了他的内脏，也挽救了他的生命。福克斯在遇到鲨鱼吃人事件后一小时内被送到医院，而且始终没有休克。不可思议的是，他的主动脉并没有受到损伤。在经历了4个小时的手术，缝合了360针后，他活了下来，并向我们讲述了这个故事。
二、莱斯特•史迪威
十二岁的莱斯特•史迪威成了第一名鲨鱼吃人受害者。当他在和朋友们游泳时，鲨鱼从水下抓住了他。当地人在附近展开搜寻，试图报仇。但是鲨鱼抢先发现了他们。沃森•费希尔不幸被选中。他使尽浑身解数与鲨鱼打斗，4次勉力浮出水面。他最终挣脱了出来，但是右腿上从腹沟到膝盖的肌肉却被鲨鱼完全撕掉。
